Small Talk on Peace Fund Radio

On June 24th, Alex Brace, our counselor here at Small Talk was lucky enough to have the opportunity to speak with Adrian Paul, Ethan Dettenmaier, and John Bierly of Peace Fund Radio to discuss the impact of child abuse, what we can do as a community, and what Small Talk is doing to support survivors here in Ingham County.

Small Talk Gets Accredited!

In October of 2014 Small Talk was approved for accreditation by the National Children's Alliance. This was a thorough process that had been a year in the making. It certainly took the collective effort of our board members, staff, and multidisciplinary team and we can't thank them enough for their hard work and dedication.

Small Talk Featured on Moms Everyday

Small Talk was featured on a segment on WILX called "Moms Everday." Board member and Detective for the Ingham County Sheriff's Office, Annie Harrison gives some great advice on how to talk to our kids when they disclose abuse and how to address abuse when you witness it in the community.
