Calista is passionate about providing client centered, trauma focused treatment to children, adolescents, and their families. She is dedicated to delivering strength-based services that empower and support individuals of childhood trauma and abuse.

Calista has extensive experience in providing therapy to children who have been sexually and physically abused. She is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) as well as nationally certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT); she uses these and other evidence-based treatments for individuals and families. Calista is also trained in treating Problematic Sexual Behavior (PSB) using TF-CBT for PSB, and Phase Based Treatment (PBT). After interning at Small Talk in 2021, Calista joined the staff as a full-time therapist in 2022. She values the ability to partner with children and their families while walking with them through their healing process.

When not at work, Calista loves coffee, traveling and animals, especially her dog Lemon and two cats, Lily and Beans!
