Lesley is passionate about providing a safe, welcoming, and client-centered environment to all children, teens, and families. She is dedicated to meeting clients where they are in their healing journey and empowering them through compassionate trauma-focused treatments.  

Lesley has been trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), as well as being Youth Mental Health First Aid Certified. Before joining Small Talk as a therapist in 2023, Lesley interned with Holt Public Schools as an elementary school social worker. She also has experience in youth leadership roles with her local 4-H program, and coaches youth soccer in the Lansing area.   

Outside of work, Lesley loves to spend time outside, enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, and trying new creative projects. She is also a huge MSU Hockey fan!
