Morgan works closely with children and families to connect them with vital community resources including housing, transportation, educational and financial services. She is committed to creating a safe and supportive environment by actively listening to the needs and concerns of her clients and ensuring they feel heard and respected throughout as they navigate complex and difficult situations.

Morgan’s background as a mentor for the Adolescent Diversion Program at Michigan State University has provided her with specialized training in trauma-informed care and risk assessments. She understands the importance of meeting families where they are, building on their strengths, and promoting healing and resilience. Through her internship at Family Counseling Offices in East Lansing, Morgan further developed her expertise in supporting families from diverse backgrounds and helping them access essential behavioral health services.

Passionate about advocating for the rights and safety of children and families, Morgan is dedicated to amplifying their voices and ensuring they receive the advocacy and resources they deserve. Her work reflects her unwavering commitment to supporting vulnerable families and fostering a community where all children can thrive.

Morgan joined Small Talk in 2023. In her free time, Morgan enjoys spending time with her family and friends, attending MSU sporting events and reading. She loves dogs and enjoys caring for Juno as her primary handler.
