Samantha Malott-Sanders

Samantha is the founder of New Perspective Business Solutions, where she helps small businesses and nonprofits grow while keeping people front and center. She is a licensed health insurance broker with nearly two decades of experience in HR, operations, and strategic planning, bringing a perspective that ensures every system, team, and decision truly serves the people it’s meant to support.

Samantha’s connection to Small Talk is personal and deep. She believes every child and family deserves to be seen, heard, and supported, and she works to spread Small Talk’s mission throughout the community. On the board, she focuses on creating safe, supportive spaces, strengthening community partnerships, and ensuring the people who need help most always have a voice and someone in their corner.

Originally from Texas, Samantha moved to Lansing in 2019 where she lives with her husband and two teenage daughters. She believes real change starts with showing up every day, out loud and especially when no one’s watching.
